The First-Time Buyer’s Guide is a 45-page digital PDF about the process of buying a first home in the Republic of Ireland. The price is a one-off €29 including any Irish VAT that applies. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your download becomes available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and a copy of your personal download link is emailed to you. That link stays active for 72 hours. If it expires or does not work, email us and we will send a fresh one.

You may read the guide, save it to your own devices and print the worksheets for your own personal use. You may not resell it, republish it, share the file publicly, or distribute your download link to others.

The guide, the First-Time Buyer Quiz and the deposit calculator are educational information only. They are not financial, legal, tax or mortgage advice, not a credit assessment, and not an eligibility decision on any scheme.

Lending criteria, government schemes and tax rules change. Always confirm your own position with a regulated adviser, lender or solicitor, and with the relevant official body, before making a decision.
