Privacy Policy

The quiz does not ask for your name or email address and no account is needed. Your answers are processed in your own browser to produce your score, and they are not sent to us or stored on our servers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you buy the guide, Stripe collects your email address and payment details in order to take the payment, issue your receipt and handle any refund. We do not see or store your full card details at any point.

We use the email address from your order for one purpose only: to send you your purchase confirmation and download link. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your details.

Confirmation emails are sent on our behalf by our hosting provider’s email service. Replies to those emails reach our support inbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail.

We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to understand which of our ads lead to quiz completions and purchases. This records events such as a page view, a completed quiz or a completed purchase, together with technical information like your browser type and IP address, and a securely hashed version of your email address for a purchase.

You can limit this by using your browser’s tracking protection, a content blocker, or your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we keep so little, this is usually just your order record and confirmation email.

Order records are retained for six years as required for Irish tax and accounting purposes.
