Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because this is digital content supplied instantly, EU and Irish consumer law (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, implemented in Ireland by S.I. No. 484/2013) allows the normal 14-day right of withdrawal to be waived once you have expressly agreed to receive the guide immediately and acknowledged that you lose that right.

You give this consent at checkout, before payment, by ticking the box next to the order button.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 where the digital content is faulty, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.

If your download link does not work, the file is corrupted, or the guide does not match what was described, contact us at hello@firsttimebuyersguide.ie and we will fix it or refund you.

Your personal download link stays active for 72 hours after purchase. A copy of the link is also emailed to you with your confirmation, so keep that email if you want to download the guide again within that window. If your link has expired, email us and we will send you a fresh one.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear within five to ten working days.
